Q) How long does it take to receive my order?

 A) We process all orders within 1-2 days. Domestic orders take 2-5 days to arrive via USPS. You will receive a tracking number in your email within 24-48 hours after your order is placed.

 

Q) Do you ship outside of the United States? 

 A) Yes! We ship worldwide through USPS.

      Canada: 5-10 business days to arrive

      Rest of the world: 7-15 business days to 

      arrive. 

 

 Q) Can I cancel or modify my order once it’s placed? 

 A) Yes, please contact us within 24 hours, once shipped we cannot cancel it.

 

 Q) Can I return the product for a refund?

 A) Piercing jewelry are not eligible for return or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. For all the other items, we allow return/exchange. If the item you received is defective contact us. Any issues must be addressed within 48 hours after delivery confirmation or we cannot assist you. 

 

 Q) My package is lost or damaged 

 A) We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. All our parcels are insured and shipped via USPS. you may contact your local post office, you may also file an insurance claim online.

 Q) I put the wrong address in, what do I do? 

 A) You can contact us to modify your address within 24 hours or before you get a shipping notification from us. Failing to provide correct shipping information will cause you to pay a re-shipment fee.
